All testing is done ONLY on family & friends - well...Abby, our golden retriever/Irish setter mix, said it was okay to use some Pine, Patchouli & Tea Tree Oil shampoo on her to get rid of her fleas (and it worked!) and she told us she liked how clean and fresh it made her smell. We kind of liked it too. Look for this seal on our products that do not contain synthetics. We do use some synthetic fragrances (I can't help it I love Lilac, Apple, Lily of the Valley and many others.) I readily admit that I'm a fragrance junky! There are many fragrances that are either too expensive as essential oils or simply not available in "natural" form. We do make bath & body products using only natural ingredients and 100% therapeutic grade essential oils - on these you will see our seal. My recommendation is NOT to use synthetics on facial products, and use minimal, which we do, on products that contain fragrance. You will find that we definitely DO NOT USE nor recommend using any petrochemicals, such as mineral oil. These are proven to be carcinogenic!
